The Republic of Congo's Trans Air Congo - TAC (Q8) has bolstered its operations with the addition of yet another South African B737-300, (MSN 27346 | ZS-VDP), on lease from Johannesburg-based ACMI specialists, Star Air (BRH).
ch-aviation writes that the aircraft, on a wet-lease contract from Star Air, joins the Pointe-Noire-based carrier's fleet of three other B737-300s, two B737-200Adv and two Embraer E120s. TAC also offers ad-hoc VIP charter operations.
Star Air currently operates the carrier's international flights from both Brazzaville and Pointe Noire to Cotonou, Douala and Libreville.
