The board of directors and management of Aero Surveys Limited, operators of Ghana's Starbow Airlines (S9), have announced the appointment of Mr Sukhjinder Mann to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr Mann arrived at the airline 7 months ago as the Financial Controller and has been the acting CFO for over 3 months.
Sukhjinder is an airline executive with over 20 years experience in the industry, having held many senior positions with some of the leading carriers and aviation organisations including BAA Plc, British Airways Plc and more recently Arik Air Ltd. Mr Mann is no stranger to Africa or emerging markets, as he has completed assignments across Nigeria, Uganda, South Africa and was based in Russia and Regional Finance Director for Eastern Europe with British Airways for over seven years.

Established in September 2011, Starbow operates to Abidjan as well as to three Ghanaian destinations - Takoradi, Musai and Tamale - out of its Accra hub using four BAe146s.
