The airline, one of two state-backed airlines - the other being Equatorial Congo Airlines (LC) - already has two other MA60s in its fleet delivered in 2006 for use on domestic operations.
Mr Adada said that the acquisition of this aircraft was part of the his department's policy framework to serve the country's more remote areas.
"It is precisely to serve those airports that the government has decided to acquire these modern MA 60. The Congolese people already know these planes will be based out of Brazzaville to serve the country, especially to Pointe-Noire, Dolisie, Nkayi, Pokola, Ouesso and Impfondo," he added.
Mr Adada said the cooperation will be reinforced further with the expected construction in Congo of an aircraft MRO facility (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) capable of handling B737 NextGens.
Once domestic operations have been reliably established, Air Congo plans to turn its attention to serving Gabon, Cameroon, Benin, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Senegal, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola and South Africa.
