► SUDAN: Sun Air wet-leasing A320 from Jordan Aviation.

Sun AirSudan's Sun Air (S9) has taken delivery of its first Airbus A320 (MSN 2061 | JY-JAT) wet leased from Jordanian ACMI outfit Jordan Aviation (R5) writes aviation newswire CH-Aviation.

The Airbus is understood to have replaced Sun Air's previous Boeing B737-400 (MSN 27826 | JY-JAQ) earlier this month. 

Sun Air also operates two B737-200 Adv. aircraft out of its Khartoum base, from where it serves Sharjah, Juba, Nyala, El Fashir, El Genina, and Port Sudan domestically with plans to add Jeddah, Cairo, Damascus, and Asmara.
