From 1 March 2013, South African LCC, kulula (MN), will launch flights
between Johannesburg ORTIA and the coastal Eastern Cape city of East London. The airline says it will operate two return flights a day on the one-hour trip, using its new 189-seater Boeing 737-800.  |

On the development, Nadine
Damen, marketing manager at kulula.com said:
“We have introduced this route to meet the demand for flights in and out of East London, and support the economic growth of the Eastern Cape region. We are pleased to be able to address the needs of our kulula fans in East London by making it easier and more affordable to fly from this city.”
Kulula.com will also be increasing the frequency of flights to George and Durban to satisfy demand.
